Feeding Bans
Feeding bans are bad public policy because they crimialize kindness.
Legal protection is needed for both community cats and individuals who care for them and provide humane public service.
TNR (TNVR) Ordinances must be well-written to be successful.
TNVR ordinances grant creditability to any TNVR program - if done in the correct manner - no locensing requirements, no feeding bans and no pet limits.
