Why do people get involved with Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR)?

Simply put, it’s the compassionate thing to do.  It makes a difference, and it is the only proven, effective and cost-efficient solution to the issue of community cats.

But who are these people?

Cities:  Tampa Bay, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Cook County, IL; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Indianapolis, IN; etc.

National Organizations: Humane Society United States; American Association for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA); Best Friends Society; Community Cats United, Inc., Trap Neuter Return Community, etc.

Colleges and Universities:  Stanford University; University of Florida; University of Illinois; North Carolina State; Texas A&M, etc.

Local and National Businesses

Millions of people from all around the world, including your family, friends and neighbors, celebrities, lawyers, doctors and more.  Some have even formed their own groups.

If you care about our companion animals and can help, here is your opportunity.  You can partner with someone to learn how to TNVR or you can join an established TNVR group in your area.

The important thing is you are doing something to make a positive change in a community cat’s life.  But in the end, you are standing up for what is right.
